I am looking for a vintage, faded blue bicycle with handle bars and tassles. the whole shabang. so where can i find one near northern virginia? (i dont want to pay loads of shipping and handling money and am hesitant to trust ebay users…)

Check the local ebay and craig’s list. Places like Goodwill and the Salvation Army stores will have vintage bikes for cheap.
