What were the name of those Motor bicycle's on the News?

They were made to look like old antique motorycles but were actualy just bicycles with with a 2 horsepowere engine. I think it was on channel 2 news last night. If you could tell me the name or website that would be great thanks,Tyler

    They have been advertising Whizzers. Made in Texas now I think. They start around 1500 bucks and get 128 MPG. Top speed is 48 MPH
