I think that you could build one up starting $250 if you shop around for parts. A lot of people are doing this. However, make sure that you do a thorough search on just a frame first. $80 seems a bit high for your project. You&#039;re going to end up trashing the components that it currently has. If you search around, you may find a frame that&#039;s all ready to be built up for less. However, if you&#039;ve already purchased this one you&#039;ll have to take the honors in stripping it down. Still not a problem as long as the end result is what you want. Get wheels with a singlespeed hub for cheap on ebay or craigslist (Vuelta wheels come to mind). That will be the most expensive part of your investment. Then go from there.Good luck.</description>
