How do I determine the model number of a Simplex brand bicycle derailleur, and a source for parts?

I want to restore an early 1970′s vintage CCM brand 10 speed touring bicycle. Need a source for parts, and be able to identify Simplex derailleur model number.

    Mel Pinto Imports (do a websearch) still has new old stock Simplex derailleurs. They can also help you with the model if it isn’t stamped on the back of the derailleur.
