The winner of the 2008 “Best Vintage Lightweight” was Jon Sharratt’s 1939 Raleigh Record Ace bicycle. The 8th. annual All British Cycling Event was held at Barley John’s Brew Pub in New Brighton, Minnesota on September 14, 2008.
