Can anyone tell me what year these antique Schwinns were made?

My friend bought a new house and this model of Schwinn bicycle (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Antique-Schwinn-Pixie-childs-bike-bicycle-original-16-blue-stingray-old-/300609992604?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item45fdc0779c) was in it, but in an adult size. I’m wondering what the model is called and what years it was manufactured.
