What were the name of those Motor bicycle's on the News?

Does anyone still sell bicycles with "tall" handlebars?

In order to save on gas I'd like to buy a bike to ride to work, but all I can seem to find online are the sleek (expensive!) sporty bikes with the low speed-racer handles that make me feel like I'm falling over. I'm short already - I don't need to be any closer to the ground! I want something like I rode as a kid, with the tall handlebars that let you sit up straight in the seat and the fat tires with the guard thingies over them to protect you from the mud. Like this:

Check out the lucky kid who gets to ride a Schwinn Pea Picker krate Sting-ray bike. Lucky kid. Feel bad that the bike had to be layed down just to shoot this shot-- I hope the pedals did not get too scratched up .... looks to be a 1970 or 1971 model because of the narrow handlebars and no rear disc brake.....my dream bike when I was 10 years old....wonder if he got to keep the bike after this acting gig .

Ok, so I've got my (step) grandad in this years family secret santa, and I have no idea what to get him!

He's 78, a bit deaf, and has had problems with his eyesight.

He was in the Airforce in the war, and has liked it when we've been to vintage aircraft museums and shows.

He likes films; Love Actually and Brideshead revisted are faves.

He used to run factories that made bras and bicycles.

He's a lifelong fan of QPR football club, and goes to see them whenever he's in the UK.

He lives on the Spanish coast with his younger wife.

The budget for the gift is £30-50 (and as I'm a student I'm aiming for the lower end!)

Any ideas?
