I need a present for a 78 year old…?

Ok, so I've got my (step) grandad in this years family secret santa, and I have no idea what to get him!

He's 78, a bit deaf, and has had problems with his eyesight.

He was in the Airforce in the war, and has liked it when we've been to vintage aircraft museums and shows.

He likes films; Love Actually and Brideshead revisted are faves.

He used to run factories that made bras and bicycles.

He's a lifelong fan of QPR football club, and goes to see them whenever he's in the UK.

He lives on the Spanish coast with his younger wife.

The budget for the gift is £30-50 (and as I'm a student I'm aiming for the lower end!)

Any ideas?

24" wheels FOLDING bike in LA, CA?

Hi, I'm looking for folding bicycles that carry 24" wheels. I'm having trouble locating a good one in terms of price, design, and 24" wheels (as a lot are in the 20" and less range)! The Dahon Glide looks good, but besides that, any other good brands worth considering (besides the overly-priced Airnimal)? Vintage folding bikes are actually preferred! If you have one to sell (via PayPal) or know where I can get it in Los Angeles, CA, please let me know!! Thanks.

Lots of people keep on tellin' me that they are weird bicycles, with weak frames and not so good components... but I like one old Canon that I saw, is in perfect shape, part of the Canon's vintage collection, and is on sale for 0.00... What do you think?

An indoor competition from 12/29/85. Check out my 540 spin! That slick floor made those spins effortless and I pulled some 720s and 900s in practice. I like this run because I only put my foot down once. The cramped space made setting up for tricks challenging. Check out the brand new Haros back in the corner!

columbia blue angel value?

I have a columbia blue angel bicycle - kids bike with banana seat that my moms friend gave to me around 1991. I rode this for several years in the early-mid 90's when it was NOT the cool thing to have!

I am thinking about giving away or selling the bike now. Since there seems to be a resurgence in interest of vintage bikes, I'm wondering if this bike has any value. I'm also wondering how old the bike is and if there is any way to tell.
just to be clear, the bike was not new in 1991, it was used when given to me. I don't know how old it is.
